"I have not met Cheryl personally but I'm here to tell you I'm a firm believer in her God given talent of communicating with animals. My experiences with her have not only been with my own personal dogs but more importantly the dogs within our rescue & dogs I'm considering to pull for our rescue from kill shelters. The conversations she has with these dogs & the things she has told me is amazingly unbelievable. As part of our rescues Intake Team I've had Cheryl communicate with several dogs. There's one in particular that stands out among them all & that's Gracie from Logan Co Animal Control WV. This was a dog that was so scared in the AC that no one would even try to get her out of her run. She was going to be euthanized. This dog tugged at my heartstrings & I knew the only way she was going to make it out alive was for me to personally foster her myself but I have several dogs all sizes & cats. The AC had no idea how she was with any of them. Little did I know after I posted a plea for our rescue to help her she tugged at Cheryl's heart too. I asked Cheryl to talk to her to tell her all was going to be alright but that I needed her help too. To make a long story short because of Cheryl communicating with Gracie that gave me the reassurance that Gracie understood & because of this I brought her into my home. She is now adopted to a wonderful couple that loves her to the moon & back. My own personal experience is with my own dog Oscar. After she talked with him the things she told me he said plus the attitude in saying it described my lil guy to a T. It helped me to understand him better. I thought it was cute that dogs in describing the days their owners will be gone is counted by the "darks" so now I catch myself telling Oscar how many "darks" I will be gone. Lol  So in closing God is smiling down upon the gift that she possesses because she is using it to take care of His creatures! She certainly won me over & is my "go to" when a dog needs to be helped!! Thank you Cheryl!" - Donna

I first met Cheryl when she began to volunteer with our dog rescue.  She was a great dog foster mom, as well as a dedicated volunteer. One of our dogs went missing, and she communicated with the dog and was able to lead us with great detail to her whereabouts. Imagine a person two states away telling you to look for a picnic table in a housing development and follow the trail from there. I spoke to people who had seen her and became more and more amazed.  Her last vision was of Goldie being in a gray "cave" with dead leaves, but it was not muddy-more like concrete. She was found in a stairwell in a bed of dead leaves! we also had a dog that bit its owner and we could not figure out why.  Cheryl was able to communicate with the dog and tell him it was not appropriate.  He has since been a model companion!  Her gift is a blessing to our rescue, and we appreciate all of the work she does with us as a volunteer!  Barb
